We use application messages to send EDI invoices, delivery instructions etc.. however, we frequently see error messages saying that the message has no body. These all resend correctly with a simple right mouse click to restart but any ideas why these fail in the first place??

Any ideas how to prevent this? Or automatically resend failures?

If you look on the application server.  Can you find additional information in the log files.

What kind of output is this?  Is it a file?


If it is a file you can go to Setup IFS Connect and set the number of retries and the interval in seconds between the tries.
