Hi All,
We are having numerous instances where the application goes down almost once every day. The usual error that we see preceding the middleware or the database services going down is “PlsqlapServer.ERRPING: No response from MWS server [MAIN]”. The MWO sync jobs start building up with this error and then within a few minutes either the MWS or the database goes down.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any pointers on what we could check?
