A little stumped with this one, as i have seen in the forum this happening to others but that appears to affect ALL prints where as mine seems to only affect some. 

Also, simple restart of the print job appears to clear the issue.

IFSPRINT has IFSAPP_ALL permission set, and all companies and sites have been granted access. When we create any new views or API we also make sure to give this IFSAPP_ALL so don’t think its security. 

We have 4 crystal web services running on our system

Hello, just a few questions:

  1. Have you upgraded recently
  2. Have you checked the Crystal Log files for any related errors.
  3. We had a Customer Order Confirmation Crystal Report designed and after receiving the NO PDF message, running the report for the same result key and found that there was an divisor by zero error in the report.  Once resolved by amending the formula to check for zero value and re-implementing the report the issue was resolved
