With Apps10 Middleware Server Binary patch 10.18.21.0 (LCS solution id 304658) the availability of TLS v 1.1 for SSL communications will be removed.
When a new IFS home is installed from an updated build home that has MWS BP 10.18.21.0 TLS v 1.1 will not be available for SSL communications.
TLS v 1.1 can be removed from an existing IFS home by using the IFS admin console. Login to IFS admin console. Go to Common > HTTP Servers, select Configuration tab. In the field SSL Protocol remove TLSv1.1 and in the SSL Cipher Suite field enter the following cipher suite: DHE-PSK-AES256-GCM-SHA384:ECDHE-ECDSA-CHACHA20-POLY1305:ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384:ECDHE-ECDSA-AES128-SHA256:ECDHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256:ECDHE-ECDSA-AES256-SHA
