The Application Message 4205643 has been transferred to the Finished state with 285 message lines still in the Released state.

The bundle size for the Application Message is 500, which means all 500 message lines should be processed and transferred to the Finished state.

In this incident, however, only 215 message lines were processed and transferred to the Finished state, leaving the remaining 285 message lines in the Released state.
