Add new tab to existing customer360 screen.

Hi Team, 

I need to add a custom tab to the Customer360 page in the Apps10 version. In that tab, I need to add a grid to service quotation details based on the selected customer on the Customer360 page. 

Anyone can share with me how to achieve this?

Hi @BhagyaT 

You should be able to,

  1. RMB in the Customer 360 View screen and select Custom Objects > Tabs > Create New.
  2. Attached Page should be the page you want to view.
  3. Title should be the name you want to tab to be.
  4. Parent Key would be Identity
  5. Child would be Customer_no

When you click ok the tab should appear. If you want all users to see ensure you add to base profile.

Hi @COVJAMIEB, 

Thank you very much for your response. I added the standard page to the custom tab and created a link between parent and child keys. (Had to add a custom field to the standard page). After that, it worked.
