21R2-User profile is losing bookmarks that are assigned to a bookmark group.

Hi All,

 

One of our customers has encountered the below-explained issue(The user profile is losing bookmarks that are assigned to a bookmark group.).

 

 

1.The user add a bookmark to a group (DEMO).

 

2.After that the users is editing his bookmarks (colors, sorting, adding new bookmarks) what ever). 

 

 

 

3.After saving the new bookmark panel the bookmark group is empty.
 

 

 

 

I tried the above scenario in our latest 21R2 environment but could not recreate the issue. I would like to have your experience knowledge or idea on this.
