But my issue is bit different. Client want to have to 2 customized URL for each of their environments.
ooI want to know if it’s possible. And if yes i suppose i have to raise case to IFS ? So what is the info I have to provide them in the ticket .

I think the first thing that you would need to do is to raise a ticket of type “Ask a question” and see whether using two URL’s for the same environment. In the remote deployment model you do have the option of defining two URL’s so technically it should be possible but might be not something the IFS Hosted environments support.
