Welcome Customers to IFS Ideas!

We are pleased to welcome our customers to our new Idea Management platform built into IFS Communities starting December 15, 2021! We have been testing it with teams inside IFS and our partners over the last six months and are excited to welcome you, our customers to it.

Doing this will help us understand and empathize with your needs. It will enable us to engage in a conversation around your ideas and allow you to provide feedback directly into the IFS Product Management teams.

What is an idea?

  • Customer Feedback – Does some functionality not work as you expect it to? Would you to give us an idea of how to improve something that may not be directly to a specific area of the application?
  • Feature Requests – Do you have a way to improve a feature? Do you wish a feature did another feature? This is a great way for you to give direct feedback to is.
  • Product Suggestions – Do you have an idea for new features we should develop? Do you wish we could extend your IFS Cloud Application to some new areas that benefit you and other customers?

How can you help IFS and your company in our Idea Portal?

  • Get Involved! This can be as easy as voting for existing ideas or submitting new ones.
  • If submitting your own ideas, focus on the Business Value. How does this idea make your business better? How does this make our application easier to use or to train on?
  • Be realistic. Many ideas may seem simple, but may be very specific to your environment, use case or may have a level of complexity that may impact other areas in other areas of the application.

The IFS Product Management team is dedicated to reviewing every Idea. Does it mean we will implement each one of them? No. But it does that mean you now have direct line of access to R&D in a manner that allows others to vote on them and us to collect feedback from all our customers globally.

Good ideas lead to innovation and innovation leads to market leadership. IFS is committed to prioritizing ideas that help you our customers and allow us to deliver an innovative product experience to you, our valued customer.

This is the right link, but you might not have access to this page either as it doesn’t seem opened

It looks like you might not be logged-in or do not have the correct permissions.

and yes, we don’t have permission to access it yet. Should I separately email or will Kristen be able to rant access to all customer accounts in the community?

@Anbrse  - Any IFS Product. Ideas for things like the Customer Support Portal will be routed to the right place!
