I have paid an instant invoice with a mixed payment and written off the entire amount. I have setup write off notice templates as per my setting in write codes, The invoice which was written off can be seen in write off notice items, But when i create the write off notice proposals the proposal can not be created due to the error “No Items found that matched the entry parameters”

For the write off proposal to work - you do the set up as you have done (appears correctly) but we also need another data point.
When doing the write off we also need the print write off notice option selected. The below screen is from mixed payment matching transactions. Verify if that box is checked for your data example.
