We’re implementing Vertex O Series On Demand in conjunction with IFS Apps 10 UPD13. Our Vertex implementation team is advising that Apps10 does not appear to have a configuration area to define tax codes for Canada; they only have this screen for the US.
Has anyone else configured Vertex for Canada in Apps 10? Perhaps our team is missing something?

We’re also about to do some business from a US company with a Canadian customer. For regular US company - US customer, we did setup the 4 tax codes (city / state / county / district) and everything seems to work as expected. I would have expected that this setup would also work for a canadian customer.
