user unable to create manual voucher

our user x is belong to user group Y.

in voucher type series, user group Y is authorized to enter and approve all voucher type.

only user x can create only voucher type “K” - correction and unable to create any voucher from any other type.?

the user has access on 2 companies C1 & C2

in C1 he is aunable to create the manual voucher , in c2 he is able !

what shall i do ?

Hi Nagah,

Can you please check the Ledger and Ledger ID of The Voucher Type - M (Any voucher type which has function group as M)?

Ledger should be ‘GL, Affect IL’ or ‘General Ledger’ and Ledger ID should be ‘*’ or ‘00’.

Also make sure the user group is defined for the voucher type in the relevant year or period.
