Hi,

We are having a requirement on user role setup, whereas a set of users should have access only to create the Mixed Payment but not approve and another set of users should have access only to approve the Mixed Payment but not create.

In simple terms Creator should not have access to Approve and Approver should not have access to Create.

Is this feasible with User roles & Permission sets? If yes, could you please help us with the setup. We are using Apps 10 & Aurena.

You must revoke the Approve Mixed Payment object from the permission set for the users you don't want to give access for approval.

 

 

On the other hand, you need to revoke New object from the permission set for the users you don’t want to give access for creation. You also need to consider cancel mixed payment and copy cancelled mixed payment functions if you want a proper setup.
