We have just implemented Aurena for Supplier Invoice Authorizations and have received several complaints from various authorizers that they either can’t see the supplier invoice that is attached or they only see the form and not the details of the invoice in the Aurena screens.
However, if they switch over to the IFS EE Instant Authorization window, they can see the attachments.
Has anyone else had this issue?
