When a shop order gets closed that part that goes into inventory gets the Standard order cost of that shop order. But I want the parts to get the Actual costs from the shop order.
Where can I find this setting ?

Shop order actual costs
If you want the system to record the Actual Cost you will need to change the Inventory Part Cost Level to one of the other options under the Misc Part Info tab on the Inventory Part. Making this change means you could have multiple lots of the same part in stock with different costs but the cost would be actual for each lot.
