Sending Automatic Invoice E-mails

We have some customers which are failing when we try to send automatic e-mails for invoices.

 

Our internal IT dept suggest that error is on customer side, customer is advising they can’t see an issue.

 

Is there anything in our IFS set up that could be causing this?

It really looks like recipient’s mail server rejected the message.

Is the adres email valid?
