Good Morning, 

 

We are on APPS 10 and tied in with Vertex to manage our tax requirements.  We have noticed that when a RMA is completed with a freight line, the freight line is not transmitting to Vertex.  All other lines are with no issue and tax is calculating correctly.  

 

This is not an issue on the CO side, just when a RMA is genereated.

 

Has anyone had this happen to them as well?  is it a bug or potentially a setting in Vertex we missed?

 

Any help is appreciated.

@JStack Have you enabled the taxable check box on Freight Charge?

 

 

@Rasika Lakmal thanks for the response.  Yes this is checked.

When you create a customer order and add the same charges on customer order, can you see the taxes there?

 

Could you please clarify when you are using “freight”, are using using freight interface or are you using freight as a sales charge.

@Lakmal Vithanachchi yes this does show on the CO side of things.
