RESOLUTION/ANSWER:
Adjusting the revenue to be recognised on some of the projects in the previous month, and these adjusted values are not being pulled into the current month’s revenue recognised previously accumulated column as expected. This is leading to a difference in the GL Balance Analysis screen.
The user had modified the 'Revenue recognised accumulated' value in the previous procedure. It seems that the user had modified the value more than once, but the application is only registering the initially modified value and not the subsequent modifications to the 'Revenue recognised accumulated' value.
The root cause analysis identified that this was a core issue, and the FIX will be available on 21R2 SU15.
