Rental invoices to customer

Hello all,

I am new in IFS finance world and took my first implemenation project. Could you please help me what is the best set to set up customer invoicing (more or less automataized) rent for buildings/flats/premises without customer order?

Recurring instant invoices are an option.   You will need sales objects setup.
