Hi Community,

 

I have created a Template Customer, and filled in info in Invoice and Payment sections, after connecting the template customer to a company.

Then I use the template customer in the Quick Register Customer screen:

 

On the Misc Info step, IFS allows me to change info such as Payment Term mwhich connects to the Invoice section of the customer].

 

However, when Finish is clicked, and the new customer gets created, none of the sections where company connection is present neg: invoice, payment] get filled in the new customer record.

 

Is this the expected behavior? Isn’t Quick Register Customer able to fill in sections where company connection is present?

 

Note that if “Copy Customer” is done from the Customer screen, these sections also get copied in.
