Q Voucher and supplier payment in USD

Hi Christy,

In app10, there is a specific tax clearance option in tax ledger. Now, you don't need to use Q voucher and there is a new voucher type specially created for tax clearance purpose. Finally, you can use Direct Cash payment to settle the actual tax amount.
