Hello, everyone!

Recently there is a problem in my IFS Cloud application, on the Posting Proposal screen. When the user describes an invoice on the posting line and wants to save the changes, the application returns an "N/A" error. Refreshing the page solves the problem. What could this be related to?

 


It’s very common and annoying issue.

This sounds like something that’s best to raise a support ticket for. They will be able to give more guidance and if necessary look at this from a technical perspective to help address the issue.

Are you suggesting that it might be an application error or bug?


It could be, but there could also be other causes. It’s really hard to tell without a technical investigation.

I’ve created ticket for this case and I’ve got informed that technical investigations have identified the issue as a bug. You can have this issue corrected in the version 22.2.4 - 22R2 SU4. We’re still waiting for SU.
