Oman is not on the list.

But it is possible to choose localization for Oman

and it is one localization which can be enabled:

For Country Solution for Oman, please check Country Solution Middle East.

You will be able to get it through IFS Partner Portal release information
https://formauth.ifs.com/logon/LogonPoint/tmindex.html.
