We acknowledged a payment proposal and trying to create a payment order. I select the payment method and the payment institute, and then get an error which says 

Cash account CAN DOLLARS is not available in payment institute CANADA

Any ideas what we’ve missed? TIA Chris.

Do you have cash account indicated in payment proposal details? If it is blank, there should be no error - system should propose you default cash account for given currency, and you have a chance to change it if not correct. 
But is cash account is indicated in proposal details, you should pay attention to create order from payment institute this account belongs to
