We are testing ISO 20022 payments with our bank and have received feedback regarding unpopulated tags in the file. The bank have supplied details of the trags to remove, but we are unable to identify how to remove them from the file.

We are working in Cloud 22R2

The tags concerned are shown below. Does anyone know how to remove these?

Hi @GlendaT

you have to change the transformer and import it again.

But I recommend you to create a new one to keep the standard one.

You can save it and review it. If you load it, it will be overwritten. So be careful.

Hi @GlendaT ,

You will have to review the existing transformer that you are using. Then you can remove those tags as requested by the bank. A technical resource would be able to help you with modifying the transformer. Afterwards, you can reload this transformer to the application using the same steps as mentioned Iskender.

This is the same process I have followed during ISO20022 implementation with a customer.

Best Regards

Sugandi
