Hi,

This field “Accumulated Auth Amount in Acc Curr” stores the sum of amount already authorized by the individual authorizer for the relevant period. It gets updated when this authorizer authorizes a new amount or cancel already authorized amount.

Example user Alain had 19 172,10 total amount of authorized proposals for September. User authorized new proposal for 10 000,00 - “Accumulated Auth Amount in Acc Curr” increases to 29 172,10 .

When he cancel authorization of the last amount the total amount decreases back to 19 172,10 .
