Hi All,
We could send the instant invoice to the other company in same database. The message is ‘accepted’ in connectivity outbox. Connectivity inbox message is ‘rejected’ with the error as ‘ORA-20111: UserFinance.RECNOTEXIST: Access denied! User IFSAPP is not connected to Company’.
IFSAPP is connected to both companies under AC user group.
Anybody has come across this error. Appreciates assistance to resolve the issue.

Have you checked whether IFSAPP listed in the users per company window?

Hi,
It does not appear that the company XYZ is noted in the error message. The message sates company (no value). In this case, it could imply that IFS does not know the company (A, or B or C). Check your set up and the documentation regarding the company identifier. I have not tested that process in a good number of years - so unfortunately my comment is not as detailed.
