How does one check the username of a person who posted an invoice on the supplier’s account in IFS? Is it possible to generate a report in IFS with the list of users who posted those invoices?
We work on IFSAPP9.

i never see the username of a person who posted a (manual) supplier invoice in IFS.
In my opinion IFS doesn’t offer this feature.

Hello,
If you are using posting proposal feature, you have complete log of invoice actions (available under right-click on posting proposal header) - who created the invoice, entered postings, approved, finally posted, authorized etc.
In case posting proposal is not used and no generic history log enabled, GL voucher header data, as Ralph explained, may be the only source of information.
