I have a lot of customer accounts with the address details in an excel spreadsheet.
Is there anyway of uploading multiple accounts at once?

Sort of like Uploading multiple invoices only with customer accounts

Hello,

for IFS Cloud you can use the Excel Add In function to upload data to database. You need to create an Migration Job in Solution Manger to allow Excel Add In function for each IFS view. Please be aware that for customer header and customer adress you will need more excel sheets for uploading data.

Hi,

You would use the Migration job.   The excel add on makes the process far easier. However, the excel add on may / could require additional license (meaning it may not be available for multiple users).

First step would be to create the MIG job(s), as you need multiple jobs. A customer has multiple segments (Logical Units). Each area would have a migration job.

It’s fair to assume, when your system was set up, someone migrated that customer data. If they used the migration job, those should still exist.  As noted above, the excel add on makes the process for loading much easier for a user. The MIG jobs, would be the first steps.

Best Regards,
