Hi,

When we want to add a “user group per voucher series” for user group YE with function group M we get the following error: “function group M does not belong to voucher type YE”. Function group M exists for this company. How can we solve the problem?

Thank you!

Hello,

I think you are doing it in a wrong way.

You have to choose the Voucher Type “M” (I think you are opening Voucher Type YE), go to User Group per Voucher Series with the respective year, and then include the YE user group with function group M.

Regards.

Hi,

We have it in another company for voucher type YE:

For that same company, we do not have it under voucher type M:

So it seems weird to me that we should do it the other way around for the second company?

Thank you!

you might look in Voucher Types Analysis in the company to make sure the Function Group on the Voucher Type YE is ‘M’
