Extrenal payment load file Error. There is no record type 1_HEAD in the file

Dear All

When I try to load a External Xml Payment add

Financials → cash book → Extrenal Interface → External Interface

RMB Load File Select my Payment institute and Payment methode the result is.

What could be a reason why this message Appears?

Hi,

I do not think you can upload a xml file from Load File option. It need to be read from IN folder through Application Messages.
