Hi 

I created an External File Template for a Bank Statement upload.

The input file processes correctly with all records going to Unpacked status.

When I run the External File Assistant I now get the below error message where as you can see the Statement Date parameter is shown defaulting to the SYSDATE.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why I’m suddenly getting this error message? 

I’m sure I’ve come across this previously but can’t remember what causes the issue and what the resolution is.

Hi, 

Typically, when I received that message, it was when the date was not in the file. If you include the date in the file, the error should be resolved.
