If you have more than one invoice to handle, you get the error message 

There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, exit the program and try again

 

this also happens if you want to check several invoices, rmb from posting proposals to Instant Authorization”… The first invoice you look at gets no error message, but no 2 and 3 etc etc.. gets the error message above.

 

Anyone who has a solution for this ???

Hi Osthewha,
I encountered this problem, the same error appears when viewing attachments to the Supplier Invoice from the Instant Authorization screen.
There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again. (0:521)
The issue is connected to Adobe Acrobat/Reader itself and it is described on the official Adobe Community.
It is a simple solution for that:
1. Open Acrobat and go to Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced)
  (in newest version of Acrobat go to Menu  > Preferences > Security (Enhanced) )
2. Un-check "Run in AppContainer"
3. Restart Acrobat.
I have confirmation from another customer that this solution is working.
