I can manually import MT940 files into IFS by putting the file on a specific folder.  However, I need to automate this import so when I put the file on the "IN" folder of the IFS app server I get an error about routing. Please see below for details on the error.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Thanks

Hi @Thanushi Jayaweera,

I don’t have any experience with such solution, but I'm wondering how have you defined a routing address and routing rules for this process ? Or maybe have you used a different method for it?

Best regards,

Hi @Thanushi,

I believe that the extension of the file should be ‘.xml. otherwise the reader will rejecting the particular file.

Hi All,

Thanks for your help with this. I had a meeting with the customer and found that the routing rules were not defined for the customer.

Best Regards,
Thanushi
