Is there a reason why we would not b able to see a customer in the Customer Credit Analysis report?

 

Have populated this screen and we have a customer who doesn’t appear, is there something that needs added to their set up?

From the help page:

 

Prerequisites

This activity requires that credit information for the queried customers has been entered in the Credit Info tab of Customer.

 

Have you checked the customer record, credit info tab?  

 

If the info is on the Customer record/Credit info and still does not show up, I would update customer credit information and try again.

 

If those still do not return the record, it may be a user access.

You need a credit analyst set against the customer record for credit analysis to work.
