We just recently added a new company and site to Apps 10. This new company is not showing credit info on the customer 360 screen. The older companies and sites are showing data. Is there something that I need to do in order to make the new company work correctly?

Have you updated every customer on the Credit Info tab to have the new company added to their structure?

 

 

 

If you haven’t done that (wouldn’t expect that you would have without a migration job), the customer account doesn’t know the new company exists.


Be certain you have run this routine.  Ideally, it is a scheduled task.
