Hello,

I´m having some issues with “min amount of days” in the reminder template and reminder level. 

In level 1 its stated 7days and that works out fine, but in level 2 the amunt of days is stated to 10 days,

The reminder proposal does not take that in consideration and calculate 7 days as well for that reminder level.

Anyone who knows if this is a bug or if I´m doing something wrong?

This is not a bug. This is the standard behavior of the application.

As per the help text, Min Days to Next Reminder field is “The minimum number of days between reminder levels. This means that new reminders will be created and new reminder levels reached at intervals of the number of days entered.”

For Example in your scenario Level 01 is 07 days and Level 02 is 10 days. This means imagine an invoice, of which due date is 01st of December and when you run the proposal on 08th of December Level 01 will be considered. Then you need to wait another 10 days, for Level 2 to be considered. For example only if you run the proposal on or after 18th of December, the level 2 will be considered as you need to wait 10 days from the 1st Level.
