Cost set 5 Planned Purchase Cost doesn't work

Cost set 5 is not updated from any priselists - please advice if you have any ideas.

I am running on IFSAPPS 10 UPD 17, logged on as application owner IFSAPP.

The parts I have tried are all purchased many times and there is an inventory quantity.

First Scenario

On Supplier for Purchase Part I have entered against the main supplier a new prise in a future date.

Then I run Product Costing > All Levels Part Cost Calculation although my part has only one level.

The part does not appear at all in Cost set five, the window Planned Purchase Costs.

Second Scenario

I enter a Supplier Agreement with a period that starts in the future.

Then I add my part to the Parts table with a price different from the current.

Then I set the agreement to Active.

Then I run Product Costing > All Levels Part Cost Calculation although my part has only one level.

The part does not appear at all in Cost set five, the window Planned Purchase Costs.

These processes have been tried several times after checking basic data everywhere I can think of.

I am completely stuck.
