We’ve set up voucher type M to use the voucher approval workflow.
User #1 has entered the voucher and the status is “Awaiting Approval”. When User #2 tries to approve the voucher, we get the following pop-up message.
Approver X is not allowed to approve the code string combination in voucher row number 1.
Any help much appreciated!

Please check the approval combination rule for the user authorising - this means they cant’ approve vouchers with the combination used.
The approval combination rule is assigned in the “Voucher Approvers” window.
