We received this error message “Case can only be modified by Trackers”.    What causes this error?   We received this error message in Finance and Shop Orders.

I too have the same issue coming from a shop order. I keep wondering if the SO is tied to a case but so far no luck and no insight.


I did a knowledge search and I found 2 cases with this error.  

  1. We were able to fix the issue by adding the user to Support Organization basic data record.
  1. This user is not included as an assignee in Support Organization Basic Data.
