Hi Community,

Is there anyway to add the individual user (depending on who is inputting) automatically for the posting proposal acknowledger?

Thanks in advance!

Best regards,

Thakshila

Hello,

In Authorizer Assigning Rules window there are options:

Assuming that invoice recipient is the one inputting the invoice, it might work for you.

Hi @Adam Bereda,

Although this was successful in the Test environment, it was not working in the Live environment. I have checked all set up in authorizer assigning rule, routing rule, and authorizers windows, and all things are the same. Do you suspect anything which has been missed here?

Thanks in advance!

BR,

Thakshila

Hello,
There must be something different in Live, if it’s not working. I am not sure what is the setting and what is the result, but has Live setup been done manually or migrated?
If migrated,. please check database content of Authorizer assigning rules. I had cases where flags value in the table (which should be strings ‘TRUE’ or ‘FALSE’) have been migrated without uppercasing (e.g. ‘True’) - and such values could be interpreted as FALSE in the system logic.
