I already have a company with my accounting calendar starting from 1st Jan. We already have setup and transactions under this company. Now I need to change the accounting calendar from next year so that it starts from 1st Apr. Can I amend accounting calendar of the existing company?

In general, you can only touch periods without any transactions - remove them and recreate new in new year. It should be possible in existing company, as long as you do not use period allocation feature it is unlikely to have transactions in the future.
What should happen to missing 3 months? Separate year or extension of previous one?
