Hello, 

 

We are in the 7.5 version, I found the error at mentionned in the screenshot for the posting M1 “Account N cannot be found”. I  used the Default values for the posting in order to check if it comes from a previous bad setup of the M1 posting.

 

The error persists. Do you have any ideas to solve this problem ?

Posting control is date specific. Often times, we may choose to have different set ups based on te dates.   If that’s the case, make sure you add the defaults based on the appropriate posting control record based on the dates.

Posting control also allows different flavors of default values.  In this case, make sure your adding the default to both default values. 

Then use the rerun erroneous accounting.    Check the background job and see if any messages for that job.

Adding to what Thomas mentioned, please check if there was an Account which was set for M1 is Expired (or Deleted)
