@hmccabe basically a Repair Work Order will manage the flow where your Asset is taken from:

• In facility - operational → to repair shopfloor (inventory) → install it back in facility - operational again

BAsically as you progress through the Repair WO, new tasks will be automatically created until you put the asset back in operation.
