I have 2 work orders in IFS 10 that are generating time entry errors. I have found that neither one of them have customer order lines connected on the customer orders. I may be wrong but could that be the source of my problem? I’m new to the Work Order module so trying my best to learn as much as I can.

If you can attach screen-prints of the issue that will be much easier for us to understand the root cause . 😊
However, if you are not going to invoice the time report transactions to the customer, then in order to avoid any error you can set the transactions to  ‘Not be Invoiced’ under sales tab.
( I am not sure if I have understood your issue correctly 😀)
