What is the good way to set up the work calendar in FSM ?
We have create one time_block, one work calendar and we add it to our users with “person.calendar_id” field.
Currently, we noticed that the time slot is displayed on the schedule board BUT we have a shift between the settings and the time slot displayed… Sometimes, the time slot isn’t displayed…
We have open a case and the support team told us to add a “Works from place” place to our users to retrieve the time zone.
So, we have add one or two place to our users with “Works from place” and “Ends work at”. But each scheduleboard refresh, the time slot move back and forth from the good time shift to the wrong… The time slot seems unsteady.
So, I would like to understand how to set up the work calendar for a user in order to have the correct time slot display on the scheduleboard.
Moreover, what is the impact of the “Works from place” type ? Is it only used for retrieve the time zone ? If we have multiple places on one user with different times zones, it will be generate an issue ?

App param :SHOW_SERVER_TIME_ONLY = N
We don’t want to used rosters because we have some issues with PSO.
