HI,
We have an issue related to a customer environment that it gives the below error for a particular user when login to the FSM Smart Client. They installed FSM from their Software Centre.
FSM is installed to users pc:
However, user does not still have access to FSM environment, therefore FSM will display following error message:
NOTE: <<customer» is using SSO as well. User does not have still access to log in FSM
The user even cant close the pop-up window by clicking the « Close » button.
They have to kill the task from the « Task Manager ». To close the this error.
This issue is only in the Smart Client and not for the Web Client and that user can login to web client without any error.
What are the differences of the SSO login mechanisms of FSM Smart Client and Web Client?
Can anyone help?
