Hello all, I am new to FSM mobile, specifically for iOS platform. Can anybody help me to upgrade U28 to U30 version on iOS mobile. Any step by step documentation will be very helpful. I am totally new to this but I have experience in iOS development. Thank you.

Hi Prosenjit,

do you require the SDK or simply want to update your current installed iOS App? You can request the SDK through a support ticket. iOS App distribution needs to go through the ABM. More on this in the attached FSM Installation Guide (P. 68/69).

Best regards
Roman

Thank for the reply. I already have the FSM 6 U30 SDK, and I don’t know how to update U28 to U30. Do I need to copy some files from the U30 to U28 to make the update or some terminal code like Cocoapod is there which will update the SDK automatically. Thanks.

Does the Developer Guide help?

Does the Developer Guide help?

It helps in other way like what is the system requirement, how to build and publish app, but only a small block is written about the latest updated changes inside the files in the SDK. Do I have to manually replace each file or is there some other ways for update?

To build an iOS app, you'll need Xcode, which runs on a Mac, as well as an Apple developer account to sign the app(using provisioning profile). After signing, you can submit it for Apple's review process. Once the review is complete, you’ll be able to distribute the app. Normally, IFS FSM apps are distributed via Apple Business Manager (ABM). If ABM isn’t available, you can use the unlisted distribution method as an alternative.

Thank you for the reply. I know that Apple app distribution part. My question is that how can I update existing iOS mobile SDK U28 to U30? Is there any automatic update process or I have to do it manually line by line with every file replacing the old one?
