Hi Experts 

This question is raised for customer concern 

Currently customer is facing an issue with some report checkbox views in prod environment but they  are not facing this issue in  TEST environment 

As you can see in the above images Test environment we can see  and  but in prod environment we can see some symbols 

They suspect this is happening because of fonts and they raised this below question 

Could you please let us know whether  there is any possibility to check this font('Wingdings2') in TEST and PROD environments 

Can you suggest me any  way to achieve this or else please suggest any other way that can be a root cause of this issue
