Currently tickets are getting assigned based on FT Skill, FT Availability, FT Cost & FT Travel duration, I would like to get Site Calendar to send from FSM to PSO , so that system can assign the job properly. Currently some site are 24*7, Some are access only during business hrs, but PSO assign all the job based on above 4 Parameters, it doesnt consider Site open timing, due to which task get assign during non accessible timings.

If Site accessable time will open for some time then PSO should not assign the job any one.
